Welcome to Holistic Core Restore® HEAT where we’ve finally nailed exercise for fat loss that is also ‘Pelvic Floor Friendly’!

 

It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.  Once you’ve gone through the ‘Everywoman’ programme or my Blueberry Beginnings course, ‘Heat’ is your next step and we truly take it up a notch or two with a change in music and tempo to truly get you moving but with a deep respect for your Pelvic Health.  Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE.  You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

Who is this Programme for?

  • Those who have completed at least one course of our Everywoman Foundation programme, my Blueberry Beginnings Course or have no pelvic floor health issues.

  • You want to know how to exercise to improve your Fat Loss with respect to your Pelvic Health status ie., without huge impact/load/force going through the Pelvic Floor and Core.

  • You’re ready to take it up a notch or two, move to inspiring and energizing music and experience the FUN being put into FUNCTIONAL and be PUSHED!

  • You want to know how to move dynamically and safely FOR LIFE!

  • Are you keen to continue prioritizing this area of your health and learn ESSENTIAL skills to last you a lifetime?

  • You want to learn the importance of food for not only fat loss but nourishing your deep health?

So, How Does the Programme Work?

  • On application to join this offering,  you’ll be asked to complete a HCR® Red Flag Pre-Screen to decide if this programme is right for you.  If you’re a great fit …you’ll then be all set to attend for your first session and BEGIN YOUR JOURNEY TO AWESOME PELVIC AND CORE HEALTH AND FUNCTION!

  • Each weekly class will be 1 hour, with 45 minutes of working up a sweat, and 15 minutes of releases and the chance to discuss guidance on fat-loss and hormonal balance.

  • You'll need to bring the following kit to class each week and so you can use at home for your own workouts. So if you don't have the kit, I can provide all except the dumbbells. Please let me know in advance if you would like to purchase these from me.
    - Resistance Band £2
    - Resistance loop £2
    - Resistance Rope with handles £3
    - Pilates ball £4
    - Spiky massage ball £2
    - Smooth ball £1
    - You will also need 1KG dumbbells (you can get these very cheaply at most supermarkets or Amazon)

  • Also available is an HCR ® branded bag to hold your kit for £2 and the HCR® Client Education Booklet that provides education on Core and Pelvic Floor to keep your healthy and functional.

Class Dates:

These will now be delivered via Zoom Cloud meetings due to current Covid-19 guidance. 

  • Wednesday 1st April to 20th May, 9:30 - 10:30 via Live Streaming. £88 for 8 weeks

  • Tuesday 7th April to 19th May, 19:45 - 20:45 via Live Streaming. £77 for 7 weeks

  • 2nd June to 7th July, 20:30 - 21:30, The Hayloft, Emsworth

  • 3rd June to 8th July, 9:30 - 10:30, Emsworth Community Hall.

Class Pricing

  • Classes run in line with school term times and run for 5, 6 or 7 weeks.

  • For a 5 week term £55, 6 week £66, 7 week £77.
