For women over 35 who run, their most common injuries are foot and ankle related.
That over one quarter of the bones in your body are in your feet, so if they’re not happy, nothing else will be!
That if you’re leaking with running, it may be more important to work on hip mobility rather than isolated pelvic floor ‘clenching’!

This is a six week programme that is going to give you a good foundation – literally from the ground up! – to get you back to running.
It’s a programme specifically designed for women (because women are DIFFERENT and need bespoke training!)
We’ll cover foot and ankle mobility and strength initially, and over the course, we’ll work together on building resilience in your calves and shins, improving your knees and hips, gain mobility in your spine and pelvis and show you how to put it all together.
We’re not guaranteeing you’ll never pick up another running injury but we want to show you how to ‘control your controllables’ when it comes to the most common injuries women who dun have to deal with.
Week 1: Foot and Ankle mobility and strength for female runners
Week 2: Calves and Shins – self care care for female athletes
Week 3: Building better knees – mastering your ‘kneehab’
Week 4: Hip Strength & Mobility For Female Runners
Week 5: Lumbopelvic Mobility for Female Runners
Week 6: Putting it all together with plyometrics
Who is this Programme for?
This programme is for any woman who:
Wants to start running but doesn't know where to start and wants to avoid injury.
Is recovering from injury and wants to restarting running, keeping yourself out of trouble.
Wants help relieve stress and anxiety and focus on her mental health while taking up a new activity.
What do I get?
6 weekly live sessions with me via Zoom where work through exercises to strength and mobilise the areas key to augment and improve running and target the hot spots of injury for women.
You'll be given access to a recording on our weekly session for you to following along to.
You'll be invited to join a dedicated Facebook group which will contain the weekly videos, handouts from each session, additional information and videos on the areas we target, and be given personal advice.

Once you have booked, I will take you through the unique HCR ® screening process. It’s extensive and thorough but this ensures you get the help you deserve and need because we fully understand your health journey and what you hope to achieve.
Once you’ve been screened and it’s agreed that the programme is the right fit for you, you’ll enter the world of Holistic Core Restore® where I will take you through our Fit To Run Programme.
