This is a six week programme that is going to give you a good foundation – literally from the ground up! – to get you back to health. It’s a programme specifically designed for women (because women are DIFFERENT and need bespoke training!)
We’ll cover whole spine mobility and strength, and over the course, we’ll work together on building resilience in your pelvic core and breath, as well as a toolbox to gain mobility in your WHOLE spine and show you how to put it all together. We’re not guaranteeing you’ll never have another back injury, but we want to show you how to ‘control your controllables’ when it comes to the most common issues women face with back pain.

Once you have booked, I will take you through my screening process. It’s extensive and thorough but this ensures you get the help you deserve and need because we fully understand your health journey and what you hope to achieve.
